These Terms govern use of Ivy House Solutions services and website.

Scope of Services

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each signed proposal and statement of work.

Fees and Payments

• Invoices are payable according to agreed contract terms
• Late payments may delay project milestones
• Third-party platform costs are billed separately unless otherwise agreed

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Liability

Ivy House Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Service outcomes vary by market conditions and platform changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to contract notice periods. Work completed up to termination remains billable.
